Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities: Discussion of the Draft Land Use Chapter of the Town's Comprehensive Plan On April 22, 2016 at the ZBA's Special Meeting, Planning Director Heather Lanza led a discussion with the entire Board about the contents of the Draft Land Use Chapter. The Board will continue our review at the Special Meeting in May and written comments to the Planning Board are forthcoming. III. Financial/Budget/Personnel Issues: Changes in ZBA Office Staff On April 22, 2016 ZBA Secretary Vicki Toth retired. The Board is grateful for the professionalism and expertise she brought to her wok during the years of her tenure. Her position has been filled by Kim Fuentes who started in our office on May 9, 2016. Vicki has been retained by the Town Board to work with Kim as a training consultant to introduce her to the numerous details of the job. I would like to thank the Town Board for their cooperation and support during this transition period and I am confident that Kim will be up to speed in a short time. IV.
