Upon request of Gary F. Olsen, Attorney, Main Road,
Mattituck, New York, I made an inspection of this one
story framed dwelling. I picked up the key from
Marjorie Burns, Southold, and began investigation
at approximately 10:15 A.M.
Building was constructed on slab and has a living
room, dining room combination, kitchen, two bathrooms,
guest room, and utility room. Heat is furnished to all
rooms from an oil fired forced warm air furnace located
in Utility Room.
The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter
52, Town of Southold, were found:
Utility Room, air supply and outlet insufficient
for confined heat producing equip-
ment. Article V, Section 52-53 G.1.
Electric hot water heater - no safety
relief valve on unit. Article V,
Section 52-53 I.l. Furnace stack
switch does not have cover. Article V,
Section 52-56 A.1.
Accessory building rear yard area, metal 6' x 8'. Buildings
and grounds in good condition.
Inspection completed at approximately 10:40 A.M. Key was
returned to Marjorie Burns.
