Tax Roil: James Homan & wf Occupied: Dean Blaikie Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy, I made an inspection of the buildings at the above captioned premises. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. Blaike and began this inspection at approximately 3:15 P.M. Dwelling is a one story, wood frame structure constructed on a cement block foundation and contains three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and sun room. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired, hot water furnace located in the cellar. Cellar is partially full. The crawl space area being under the bedroom and sun room portion of the building. A two car garage of wood frame construction is located in the rear yard area. The following violation of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold was found: Stairs: interior, first floor to cellar - insufficient head room between the header of stair well an~ of the stairs. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposol--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey.of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
