THIS INDENTIUM, made the .ff_�T-_y of September, Nineteen
Hundred and Forty-nine, between IM% H. REEVE, residing at
< Lutchbgae, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, widow of
and sole devisee under the Last Will and Testament of Malcolm M.
Reeve, deceased, late of Mattituck, aforesaid, party of the first
part, .and ROYH. REEVE, residing at Mattituok, Town of Southold, '
Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part,
.WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideratio
of Ten and 00/100 ($10,00) Dollars, lawful money of the United
States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the part
of'the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at
Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:

PARCEL I: On the North by land formerly of Henry J. Reeve;
on the a�sT-By land formerly of Malcolm M. Reeve and being the per
r" oel of land by this deed conveyed as "Parcel I1I"; on the South by
land noworformerly of Henry Van Wyck; and an the West by land of
J. Aright Reeve, containing by estimation four (4) acres, more or
leas.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveys
to Malcolm M, Reeve by Herbert M. Reeve and Maude M. Reeve, his

wife, by deed dated May 23, 1938 and recorded in the office of the
Clark of the County of Suffolk in Libor 1984 of deeds at page 93
oa May 26, 1938.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass on
foot and with vehicles and maohinery over lands formerly of Henry
J. Reeve and over ]ands of John G. Reeve to and from the North
Road leading from Sound Avenue to Mattltuek tothe premises above
described over a strip of land described as follows: Said right
of way oommanees or, the southerly aide of the North Road leading
from Sound Avenue to Mattituek at the northeast corner of the
premises formerly belonging to Henry J. Reeve and runs thence
southerly along the easterly boundary line of land formerly of
Henry J. Reeve by and with land of John G. Reeve; and then by and
with land formerly belonging to George O. Hallock until said right
of way.cows to a oleared lot belonging to John G. Reeve, thence
continuing in a'southerly direction along the easterly boundary
line of land belonging to John G. Reeve by and with land formerly
belonging to George O. Hallock until it roaches the woods novr or
formerly on land of John G. Reeve- thence running in a westerly
direction across land of Jobm G. keeve just north of the said wood
until said right of way comes to the northeast comer of the
Premises above described.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the some, right of way
established by a certain agreement dated February 20th, 1928 and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 1562 of deeds at page 382 and is subject to the conditions
contained in said agreement as modified by a certain agreement dat cl:
March 30th, 1939 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the _

PARCEL II: Commencing at a concrete monument marking the
southwes corner of land formerly of Henry J. Reeve and the north-
west corner of land formerly of 19alcolm ::i. Reeve where the same
adjoins land of J. Dwight Heove; and running thence in a northerly
direction along land of J. Dwight Reeve a distance of 28 feet 3-
inches; thence monIng in an easterly direction a distance of
166.5 feet to a concrete monument set at the southwest corner of
land of John G. Reeve; thence running in a southerly direction
along other land formerly of Malcolm N. Reeve, said other land
being the premises conveyed by this deed as "Parcel III" a distan a
of 28 feet 3.'! inches; and thence running in a westerly direction
along other land .formerly of Malcolm M. Reeve, said other land be-
ing the premises conveyed by this dead as "Parcel I". a distan ca
of 166.5 feet to land of J. Dwi3ht Reeve and the concrete monument
at the point or blues of beginning.
SEEIG AND 1N-TENDED TO BE the premises cenvefed by
Henry J. Reeve and Carrie 13, Reeve, his wife, to Malcolm Li, Reeve
by deed dated March 30, 1939 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Libor 2035 of deeds, at page 92.
PARCEL III: Beginning at a concrete monument at the south-
easterly corner of land formerly of Malcolm 14, Reeve and convoyed
by this deed as Parcel I". adjoining land formerly of George H.
Riley; running thence along said land formerly of Malcolm M.
Reeve and along a ditch two courses as follows: (1) N. 19° 251
30" W. 244.55 feet, and (2) N. 19° 35' 50" W. 286.43 feet to a
stake; thence continuing partly along land formerly of Malcolm M.
Reeve and partly along land formerly of Henry J. Reeve and along
said ditch N. 20° 31' 50" W, 361.78 feat to a concrete monument;
thence along land of John G. Reeve N, 67" 231 20" E. 407.67 feet
to a concrete monument; thence along land formerly of John G.
Reeve S. 20° Oil 10" E. 897.16 feet to a concrete monument and Ian
formerly of George H. Riley, thence along said land formerly of
George H. Riley and a ditch three courses as follows: (1) S. 86-
491 50- 19. 121.41 feet; thence (2) S. 68° 381 30" W, 204.19 feet;
thence (3) S. 78° 471 40" 1V. 89.0 feet to the point of beginnings
containing by measurement 8.00 acres.
TOGETHER with a right of way one (1) rod wide
from the northeast corner of the premises above conveyed and run-
ning thence in an easterly direction along the southerly side of
a cleared lot belonging to John G. Reeve; and thence tinning in a
northerly direction along the easterly side of said cleared lot
and continuing In a northerly direction along the westerly side
of the main farm land of John G. Reeve to the North Road leading
from Sound Avenue to Mattituck. '1
BEIlJG AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises con-
veyed by John G. Reeve to Malcolm M. Reeve by deed dated May 23,
1938 and recorded In the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 1983 of deeds, at page 419.
PARCEL IV; On the East by land formerly of George H. Riley;
on the' ou Tiy land formerly of George H. Riley; on the West by
land formerly of Malcolm M. Reeve and by this deed conveyed as
Parcel III"; on the North by land of John G. Reeve, the northerly i
boundary line of the premises herein conveyed being an extension
in an easterly direction of the north boundary line of the adjoin
ing land formerly of Malcolm M. Reeve until it reaches the land
formerly,of George H. Riley, said premises containing by 63tira-
tion four (4) acres, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises cone
ed by John G. Reeve to Malcolm M, Reeve by dead dated October 3. l

1939 and recorded in Liber 2067 of deeds at page 226.
PARCEL V: On the North by the highway ;mown as the North
Road; on MTeast by lands formerly of S. B. and LaRosseau C.
Dayton; on the South b? land formerly of Malcolm M. Reeve and by
this deed conveyed as Parcel VI"; and on the West by Aldrich
Lane sometimes referred to as Laurel Lane, Elisha's Lane or East
Lane, containing by estimation 20 acres more or less.
EXCEPTING therefrom, however, the portions of the
aforedescribed premises heretof6re conveyed by Malcolm M. Reeve
and Irma H. Reeve, his wife, to Roy H. Reeve by deed dated May 3,
1927 and recorded in the office of the Clark of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 1617, of deeds, at page 416 and also excepting
therefrom as such of the aforedescribed premises as was conveyed
by Malcolm M. Reeve and Erma M. Reeve to Roy R. Reeve by a certa
agreement dated April 12, 1939 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2128 of deeds, page 288.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest
of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying in the be
of the streets or highways adjacent to said premises to the canto
line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises convey
ed by Charles T. Sones and Bartha Sones, his wife, to Malcolm M.
Reeve by deed dated lfarch 1, 1923. and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 1065 of deeds, page
531, excepting the portions thereof conveyed to Roy H. Reeve by
the deeds above described.
PARCEL VI: On the North by land formerly of Malcolm M. Reev
and by s eed conveyed as "Parcel V"; on the East by land
formerly of the Estate of James R. Rallock, deceased, otherwise
known as the Dayton Estate; on the South by land now or formerly
of Dundee Securities Corporation; and Westerly by the highway
known as Aldrich Lane and sometimes referred to as E11sha's Lane
or East Lane, containing within said bounds 19 acres, more or lest ,
The Southerly boundary line of the premises above
described is marked by two concrete monuments set in the Southeast
corner and the Southwest corner of the above described premises
and adjoining land now or formerly of Dundee Securities Corporati
it being the intention of the party of the first part to convey
to the party of the second part all the land of the party of the
first part on the easterly side of Aldrich Lane adjacent to and
lying immediately north of the land now or formerly of the Dundee
Securities Corporation.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest
of the party of the first part of, in and to land lying in the
bed of the street or highway adjacent to the aforedesoribed premi as
to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTEIIDED TO BE the same premises con.
veyed by Nick Bakowski also known as Nickolas Bakowski and Mary
Bakowski, his wife, to Malcolm ;:i. Reeve by deed dated September
29, 1942 and recorded In the Suffolk Comity Clerk's office in
Liber 2254, of deeds, page 301.
ALL of the aforedescribed parcels designated as Parcel I to
Parcel VI, both inclusive, are conveyed subject to existing
tenancios, if any.
