147.35 feet; from said point of beginning running along the southwester

less, to a gutter; thence southerly along said gutter 145 feet, more or
less, to land of Donald Grathwohl; thence along said land of Donald
Grathwohl N. 390 00' W. -315 feet, more or less, to said curved south
easterly line of Deed Hole Drive; thence northeasterly along said cow-

to the point of beginning.
