BEGINNING at a monument set at the southwest corner of the premises

Rachel M. 0. Ward; running thence along the Northerly line of the
land last mentioned, North 650 54' 10" East 310.74 feet to a corner;
running thence North 430 45' West 430.57 Feet, to the Easterly side
of Luther's Read; running thence South 180 43' East along the
Easterly side of said road 60 feet, to an angle in said road; thence
continuing along the Easterly side of said road South 00 47' West
301.10 feet, to the monument at the point or place of ',eginoing,
