Carsten and IIleanor M. Carsten, his wife, by deed bearing even date herewith and which said monument is also about 025 feet Westerly from the end of the point and the Westerly bank of Deep Hole Creek measured along the Northerly side of the Private Road; and thence running in a North- e rly direction along the Easterly side of land i this day conveyed to Henry A. Carsten and Eleanor M.
