Mattituck, Tom of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows:-

crete monument set In them Northerly aide of the
Private Road runnkng from Marratooka Lane to
Deep Hole Creek, which said concrete monument
mark@ the Southwest corner of the premises about
to be described and the Southeast corner of land
conveyed by the partlea of the first part to
Henry A. Carsten and IIleanor M. Carsten, his wife,
by deed bearing even date herewith and which said
monument is also about 025 feet Westerly from the
end of the point and the Westerly bank of Deep
Hole Creek measured along the Northerly side of
the Private Road; and thence running in a North-

rly direction along the Easterly side of land
i this day conveyed to Henry A. Carsten and
Eleanor M. Carsten, his wife a distance Of about
120 feet to the Southerly Side of Deep Hole Creek;
thence running in an Easterly direction along the
Southerly side of Deep Hole Creek as It winds and

a distance of about 100 feet; thence running
in a Southerly direction and parallel .with the
Westerly boundary line of the promisee hereby con-
veyed, a distance of about 150 feet to a concrete
monument met in the Northerly side of said Private
Road; and thence running In a Westerly direction
along the Northerly aide of said Private Road, a
distance of 100 feet to the concrete monument Set
at'the point or place of beginning. The said East
and Went linea being parallel and distant from
each other 100 feet throughout when measured at
right angles. i
