The CAC recommends disapproval because it would not be within 75' of the
wetlands if the house was relocated on the property and if applicant build a
smaller house to fit the lot size.

The CAC recommends approval provided the bluff is revegatated.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of LOUIS BACON 117-8-20 to temporarily install a
20' x 70' launching ramp constructed with 8' x 20~ × 8' sections of Geo Web
Grid system.

Moved by Robert Keith. seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of NElL McGOLDRICH to maintenance dredge
channel within Hall's Creek and approach channel from Great Peconic Bay. A
total of 10u~0' +/- of channel will be dredged. The width of the Channel will
vary. The outer channel will be 50' wide (plus side slopes) and dug to depth
of 5' below mean Iow water, plus 1' overcut.
The inner channel will vary from a minimum of 20' to a maximum of 30'
(bat plus side slopes) and dug to a depth of 2~ +1' overcut. Approximately'
5000 c.y. will be hydraulically removed and placed on owner's beach west of
the creek both above and below the line of mean high and mean Iow water for
use a beach nourishment. Multi-year maintenance permit is requested.
Exlstin9 bulkhead section nearest residence (I~' return, 75') will be
replaced within 18". The indented boat slip consisting of 15' c 2~,'c 31t 2Lt,
10' will be removed and replaced in kind. The remaining two sections, 20' and
10' return will be replaced within 18".
At the_inlet to the creek, the 70'. groin on [he west side of the inlet,
will be re-piled and repaired and extended 50% The 160' section of bulkhead
immediately to the no~th of the groin will be removed and replaced in kind and
in place.
The final northerly section of bulkhead will be left in place and a new
" ~0' section, plus 10' return will be constructed landward of the marsh that has
grown behind the existing bulkhead.
