Fritz, his wife, as grantees, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 15th, 1928 in Liber 1188 of Deeds, Page y j 40 wherein through inadvertence the words "The easterly one-half of” were Inserted prefacing the description of the property, it being the Intention of the grantor by said deed to convey the remaining property that she owned to the grantees and not the easterly one-half thereof, a �I
