ZQ that tract, piece or parcel of land with buildings and improve-
mento thereon, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:
On the North by Long Creek; on the East, by land conveyed to
Fannie M. Eldred by deed from Alice G. Fisher dated May 20, 1907,
recorded on May 22, 1907 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
Liber 620 at Page 471, later to Anna Mae Geiesinger. On the South,
by the highway known ae Oregon Road; on the fleet, by land conveyed
by Alice G. Fisher to Louise Bayer.
Said premises being fifty (50) feet in width front and rear, as
represented by deed to Anna Mae Geiesinger from Alice G. Fisher,
dated Tune 17, 1920 and recorded June 26, 1920, Liber 999 at
Page 599.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part oft in and to the lands under the waters of Long Creek
Adjacent to said premises and the lands covered by the highway on the
Mouth Side of Said promisee adjacent thereto.
The foregoing promisee are more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner thereof adjoining the land of
Maurine Hansen at a concrete monument set in the northerly line of Oregon
Road, and from said beginning point running along the land of Hensen North
53006' West 244.90 feet to a concrete monument set at the top of the bank;
then** continuing on the same course,still along land of Hansen 12 feet,
Gore or lees, to the waters of Long Creek; thence along the waters of
Long Creek In an easterly direction to the land of Geissinger; thence along
land of Goissinger South 53004' east 12 feet, more or less, to a concrete
monument set in the top of the bank; thence continuing the same course
and along the land of Geiesinger 245,70 feet to a concrete monument set in
the northerly line of Oregon Road; thence along the northerly line of
Oregon Road South 45001' West 50 feet to the point or place of beginning,
