that certain piece or parcel or tract of land situated at Mattituck,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Westphalia Avenue at the
Southwest corner of the premises described herein adjoining land of Charles
Gunther; said point being 65 feet northwesterly measured along the easterly
side of Westphalia Avenue from a concrete monument marking the northwest
corner of land of Oscar Gunther; running thence along the easterly side
Of Westphalia Avenue North 530 47' Wast 100 feet to other land of the party
of the first part; running thence North 480 30' East 200 feet along land
of the party of the first part to land of Charles Gunther; running thence
in a southeasterly direction along said land of Charles Gunther 99.65 feet;
running thence in a southwesterly direction along said land of Charles
Gunther 171.6 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to that portion of Westphalia Avenue adjoining said
premises to the center line thereof.
This being a correction deed to correct an erroneous description in
the deed from Any O. C. Penny to Catherine 0. Cox dated May 19, 1926 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 31, 1927, liber
1323 page 595.
