ALL that certain plot, piece tor parcel of land, with the buildings end
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Mettituck, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BBGINNING at a monument on the Southerly sine of a certain right of way distant
Three hundred forty-six (346) feet and seven-tenths (7/10) of a foot on a course
South 76 degrees, 25 minutes West end an additional Sixty-three (63) feet and five-
tenths (5/10) of a foot on a course South 64 degrees, 17 minutes West, making a total
of Four hundred ten (410) feet and two-tenths (2/10) of a foot from the Northwesterly
corner of certain lends conveyed by Leone D. Howell and wife to Fred M. Jones by deed
dated December 15th, 1927; thence South 6 degrees, 9 minutes West, One hundred eighty
(180) feet and eight-tenths (6/l0) or a foot, more or less, along the Westerly line
of land conveyed by the said Leone D. Howe 11 and wire to Walter F. Downs by used dated
December 15th, 1927 to a monument set In a bulkhead line; thence South 64 degrees, 17
minutes West along said bulkhead line, Fifty (50) feat; thence North 6 degrees, 9
minutes gest, One hundred eighty and 8/10 feet, more or less, to the Southerly side
of said right of way; thence along tine Southerly side of said right of way, North
64 degrees, 17 minutes East Fifty (50) feet to the point or place of beg]n ning.

and described as follows:-

from the Northwesterly corner of certain lands conveyed by Leone D. Hovel I e®d wife
to Fred M. Jonas by Deed dated December 15th, 1927; thence South 60 091 West, One
hundred eighty end eight-tenths (180.8) feet along the westerly line of land conveyed
by said Leone D. Howell end wire to Frank H. Barnes and Florence J. Barnes, his wife,
by Deed dated January 25) 1928 to a point In a bulkhead line; thence South 64o 171
West along said bulkhead line fifty (50) feet; thence North 6o 91 Bast, One hundred
eighty and elghttenths (180.8) feet to the southerly side of said right of way;thence
along the southerly side of said right of way North 64a 17& Bast fifty (60) feet to
the point or place of beginning.
