thence runningnortherly.along the westerly side of an eight (8) foot
right-of-way a distance of about 140 feet, be it more or less, to Long
Creek, a branch of Matti tuck Bay; thence westerly.along Long Creek a dis
tante of 46 feet to property of the parties of the first part; thence
southerly along property of the parties of the first part a distance of
about 150 feet, be it more or less, to the northerly side-of the private
right-of-way;'thence easterly a distance of 46.5 feet to-the point or
place of beginning.
