The property was originally owned by my grandfather,William Justus Vanston, and later inherited by mother, Margaret Vanston Braatz Warner. 3. Most structures on the property were built in the 1920s,when my grandfather acquired the property.These include the main house, a bathhouse, and a cottage, adjoined to a garage located at the NE end of the driveway, across the street from a tennis court. 4. My grandfather built the cottage as a residence for his chauffeur. 5. I clearly remember my grandfather's chauffeur Robert residing in the cottage during the summers of my early childhood. 6. This cottage remains on the property today. 7.
