Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, dated February 5, 1959, and made a part of this affidavit by refer- ence, accurately represent the premises as they existed prior to April, 1957. The various structures shown on the said survey were in existence prior to the year 1957. No other structures, as defined by the Zoning Law of the Town of Southold, have been erected and no alteration to any of said structures since the above specified dates have been made. I am familiar with the above premises by reason of the fact that I am one of the owners in fee simple of the subject premises.
