and Testament of Charles E. Hamilton, deceased,
parties of the first part, and
TOHN EENNEY, residing at New Suffolk, Suffolk County,
New York,

aluable consideration paid by the party of the second part,
do hereby remise, release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
is heirs and assigns forever, all that tract or parcel of land,
situate at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side of
Cox's Lane at the northwest corner of premises herein described ad-
joining other land of the Estate of Charles E. Hamilton; running thence
N. 570 42' E. 532 feet to a gutter; thence running in a southeasterly
direction along said gutter to other land of the Estate of Charles E.

of Cox's Lane; thence running N. 150 13' W. 240 feet along the easterly
aide of Cox's Lane to the point or place of beginning.
