formerly of Long Island Railroad, said monument also being at the southeast corner
of the land now or formerly of Molloy.
RUNNING THENCE along the southwesterly side of Ackerly Road south 50 degrees 22
minutes 20 seconds east 443.87 feet to a stake set at the land now or formerly of
Cornell;
RUNNING THENCE along said land south 35 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds west 170.21
feet to a subdivision entitled "Map of Puritan Farms at Southold", filed as map
number 9538 on 7/19/1994;
RUNNING THENCE along said subdivision the following three courses and distances:

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Grantor of, in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
Grantor in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
