SCHEDULE A-1 (Description)
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York,being a part of that portion of Fishers Island(which portion is hereafter called the "Park")lying to the
east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly side of a road,said pipe being located 5261.32 feet north of a point which is
79.28 feet east of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and;
RUNNING THENCE South 29 degrees 26 minutes 53 seconds East,340.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 60 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East,434.52 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 35 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 280.00 feet to an iron pipe on the southeasterly side of said
road, said pipe being at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 931.40 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 21 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East;
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said road line and following the arc of said curve 113.79 feet to a point;
THENCE continuing along said road line, South 61 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds West,98.48 feet to a point of curve to
the right having a radius of 405.12 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is North 28 degrees 55 minutes 50
seconds West;
RUNNING THENCE southwesterly along said road line and following the arc of said curve a distance of 204.56 feet to
the iron pipe at the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED under this commitment will insure the title to such buildings and improvements on the premises which
by law constitute real property.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY: Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, of in and to the land lying
in the street in front of and adjoining said premises.
