and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Bounded on th

and twelve and two-thirds (212 2/3) feet by land of Horrmann; on the
north sixty (60) feet by land of William B. Reeve; and on the east abou
one hundred and ninety-two (192) feet by land of William B. Reeve.
BEING AND INTETHIED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by deed from Katherine Wyckoff dated July 15, 1932
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 5, 1932 in Libe
1664, Page 355.
