TOTRILL JR., end ANMIS G. Tuthill, Jr., thence running In a westerly direction 137 feet along lands last mentioned to other lands now or formerly of Nathaniel S. Tuthill, Jr.; thence running in e northerly direction along said land now or formerly of Nathaniel S. Tuthill, Jr. 200 feet to the point or place of beginning.
