Damage to existing utilities shall be the responsibility of the contractor and shall be repaired,at-the contractor's expense. 8. Road'-Closures: All scheduled goad closures must first receive written-permission from the,Southold Town Board prior to closing a road. Temporary lane closures may be permitted'with the approval ofthe Highway Superintendent.'
