Attached please find 4 set of drawings for the basement bathroom. I have had the plans certified by an engineer for compliance.The contractor installed this bathroom at the time of construction. My family has been the only owner of the property,and no modifications to the basement have done. The basement has always been finished,inclusive of the bathroom,it still has original tile. 2. In 1998,Ihad built a detached garage. The former attached garage was altered to .become a family room. Plans were prepared but I neglected to submit them. I have attached 4 sets of those plans for your review,according to the tax assessors office this space has been tax accordingly since the construction of the new garage.
