Cutchogue �- - SCTM# 1000-111-14-29 Dear Ms Anderson: Based on the information you submitted, the Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the portion of the property listed above which is above the 10 foot contour, as shown on the survey by Thomas C Samuels dated 1/11/2016 is beyond Tidal Wetlands Act (Article 25) jurisdiction. Therefore, in accordance with the current Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations (6NYCRR Part 661) no permit is required.
