Haje, President Eh-Consultants, Inc. 1329 North Sea Road Southampton, New York 11968 Re: 1000-114-01-02 Dear Mr. Haje: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during their regular meeting held on March 24, 1988 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Eh-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Lawrence Huke applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated January 13, 1988, and WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, a~d WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on March 24, 1988 at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Eh-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Lawrence Huke BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD TO: As amended to construct one 6' x 22~ float, 4~ x 60' fixed elevated (4' above marsh) walk; 4~ x 16' hinged ramp and (3) pilings.
