said tract being rectangular or nearly so in shape, having a frontage

a depth on each side of 200 feet and the southerly line is parallel
with the North.Road, conte4ning within said bounds three quarters

a certain deed given by Martha G. Harker and Mata.;- L. Downs to thJ
parties of the first part dated December 1, 1944 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerkta Office on December 1, 1944 in Libor 940
Deeds, at page 159.
