northeasterly corner of land of Lester, and running thence along
said southerly line of Main Road, two courses, as follows: (1) N.

monument; thence (2) N. 73 degrees, 11 minutes East 87.40 feet to
other land of the party of the first part; thence along said other
land of the party of the first part, South 5 degrees, 54 minutes
East 505.10 feet to the northwesterly corner of land of Ramanj
thence along other land to be oonveyed to the party of the seoond
part, South 87 degrees, 19 minutes, 40 seconds West 134.42 feet;
