RESOLUTION For the purposes of SEQRA, the following applications are being processed as part of a
coordinated review, where the Planning Board has been designated lead agency. Once the SEQRA
review is completed, the ZBA as an involved agency shall examine same and incorporate it into our
deliberation on these applications. Therefore the following applications will necessarily be adjourned
after today’s hearing in order to receive the SEQRA determination;
