WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 790-2014 adopted by the Suffolk County
DISTRICT Legislature on October 07, 2014 and, thereafter, approved by the

dollars paid by the party of the second part does hereby remise,

at Page 629.

THIS DEED is given toreplace a deed originally issued on
January 20, 2015, which has. never been recorded and is presumed
lost and destroyed based upon the affidavit proffered by Joseph
McCarthy, dated December 18, 2015.

party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
