(Permit#40319) Over the last few weeks we decided that we would like to do some minor work around the exterior of our home. One of the proposed work would be to create a gravel parking area for our cars and guest. In speaking with your office I understand we could do a pre-Submission inspection. I would prefer to meet with someone at the property so we discuss our ideas and more importantly if the Town of Southold would permit such changes since this is a waterfront property.
