The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by TFLC Inc., received January 29, 2016, and stamped approved on March 23, 2016. Special Conditions: The 10' area landward of the Natural Vegetated Area line as shown on the approved site plan is to be established and subsequently maintained as a non-turf buffer area. Inspections: Final Inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
