formerly of W. V. Duryea and the land nor or formerly of Harold DeRonde

the northerly line of the right of way hereinafter described on pro-
perty owned by the party of the first part; thence running along the
right of way hereinafter described in a generally easterly direction
a distance of 104.59 feet to other land of the party of the first part
