BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of land of Long
Island Railroad Company distant easterly as measured along said
southerly line 155 feet, more or less, from the easterly line of
Wickham Avenue and which point of beginning is the northeasterly
corner of land of one Wahlsing; running thence easterly along
the southerly line of said land of the Long Island Railroad
Company 583 feet, more or less to the westerly line of Maryfs
Road, running thence southerly along the westerly line of said
Maryfs Road 132.58 feet to the northerly line of a certain highway
33 feet wide which connects'Maryls Road with Wickham Avenue, running
thence westerly along the northerly line of the highway last mentioned
399.05 feet to a monument; running thence westerly still along the
northerly line of said highway 120 feet to a new monument set
in the southeasterly corner of said land of Wahlsing; running
thence northerly.along the easterly line of land last mentioned
110 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
