party of the first part,and
Kaminski,Jane,of 3 Pond Meadow Place,Middlefield,Connecticut 06455,
party of the second part:
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by
the said last will and testament,and in consideration of 10.00 dollars,lawful money of the United States,paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,her heirs,successors
and assigns forever,all at Bayview,near Southold,in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New
York,known and designated as Lot No.44 on a certain map entitled,"Bay Haven at Southold,Town of Southold,
Suffolk County,New York,"surveyed December 10, 1058 by Otto W.Van Tuyl&Son,Licensed Land
Surveyors,Greenport,New York,and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd day of
January, 1959,as Map Number 2910. .
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by Deed bearing
date the 27th day of July 1984 and duly recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 16th day of August,
1984 in Liber 9622 of conveyances at Page 212.;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances,and also all the estate which the said testator had at the time of his
decease in said premises,and also the estate therein,which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or
dispose of,whether individually,or by virtue of said will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,her heirs,
successors and assigns forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that he has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever.
AND the party of the first part/grantor,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the
party of the first part/grantor will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same
for any other purpose.The word"party"or"grantor"shall be construed as if it read"parties"or"grantors"
whenever the sense of this document so requires.
