SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northeasterly side of Calves Neck Road,
1964.44 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly side from the southerly end of
Youngs Avenue; said point of beginning being the southerly corner of land formerly
of Peterson and now or formerly of Stype;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along said land formerly of
Peterson,.North 57 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 150.18 feet
(actual) (167 feet more or less, deed) to ordinary high water mark of Town Creek
a/k/a Jockey Creek;
THENCE southeasterly the following seven courses and distances:
