County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 4, on a certain Map of Minor Subdivision
for Ernest G. Radford, dated August 7, 1968 by Van Tuy1 and Son, Licensed Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y., and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of a right of way formerly owned by Radford and now owned by the
Marion Road Association, Inc., said point of beginning being distant from the intersection of the southerly line of a right
