The House Parcel is more particularly described on the schedule attached to this letter. As a result of those discussions, and understanding your interest in eventually owning the House Parcel, I agree to do the following: 1. I will speak with my son about his thoughts regarding your ideas and other question regarding disposition of the House Parcel. 2. After the discussion with my son, I will reconnect with you and Bern to continue our discussion about the House Parcel. 3. If we come to an agreement regarding a Right of First Refusal or other mechanism to ensure your right to purchase the House Parcel, that agreement will be written up in a document that, in exchange for an amount of money that you and I will agree on, I will sign and have recorded against the property. 4. Understanding that you are relying on and trusting me regarding this matter, prior to going through the steps outlined above, I will not sell or voluntarily give away the House Parcel.
