On January 11, 2022,,a Field Inspection was performed at the above- mentioned
property which found that the groins do not exist.
The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees DENIES WITHOUT
PREJUDICE the request for a Transfer of Wetland Permit#6-88-90-1-19,from Dolores
Holman to Victor P. & Gloria E. Alsobrook, as issued on August 25, 1989, due to the
fact that the groins do not exist and/or are a non-functioning structure.

referenced permits from Dolores Holman to Victor Paul Alsobrook
and Gloria E. Alsobrook, as they are the existing owners of the
subject parcel .
I have enclosed a copy of the deed for your records, along
with an executed Affidavit, Owner' s Authorization, Transactional
Disclosure Form from the owner and myself as Attorney/Agent, and
two checks payable to the Town of Southold each in the amount of
$50 . 00 for the required transfer fees .
Please also consider this letter a request for a
Certificate of Compliance for all existing shoreline structures
at the subject premises . Enclosed is an additional $50 . 00 check
payable to the Town of Southold for the Certificate of
Compliance request .
