State of New York, bounded and described as follows. Beginning at a
granite monument set on the westerly line of Pacific Street at the
southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of Elmer Bond, said point
being the northeasterly corner of the premises herein described;
running thence along the westerly line of Pacific Street south seven
(7) degrees, eleven (11) minutes east thirty and fifty-eight hundredths
(30.58) feet to a deflection point in said line; thence still along
the westerly line of Pacific Street south thirteen (13) degrees, fifty.
