Mattituck,in the Town of Southhold,County of Suffolk and State of New York
known as lot numbered five (5) on a certain map entitled "Map of Salt Lake
Village,Mattituck,LOng Island" prepared by Otto H.Van Tuyl,C,E.,filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office May 10th,1940 as map number 1310. This
being the same property conveyed by Frank Richards to Gustave H.Melloh and
Jean M.Melloh, his wife,by warranty deed dated May 4th,1942 and recorded
by the Clerk of Suffolk County in liber 2232,pages 303,304,305 and 306,on
the 15th day of May,1942.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the road in front of said premises to the center
line thereof.
TOGETHER with a one-fourteenth interest of,in and to so much of lot
twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28) on "Map of Property of Lida Bartl
Mattituck,L.i.",which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
July 27th,1922 under number 770, as are included in the extension of Old
Salt Road from the North line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane (some
times called Rochelle Place),sublect to a right of way of the owners of
numbered lots on the Map of Salt Lake Village over the same and together
with a right of way over Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place)
to Bay Avenue.
