Creek; thence northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of
Corey Creek 66 feet, more or less, to a stake, said stake being

TOGETHER with a right of way 30.0 feet in width, the northwesterly

BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of said 30.0 foot
right of way, hereinabove described, said point being South 25
degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 490.0 feet
along the said northwesterly line from its intersection with said
southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road, and running thence
southwesterly 90. 63 feet in an arc having a radius of 70. 0 feet,
to a point, thence running North 23 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds
West, a distance of 77.32 feet, running northerly and parallel
with the first described right of way, a distance of 20.0 feet,
continuing thence of 212.51 feet, more or less, toa point 48 degrees
53 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 50 feet from the
northwesterly corner of the premises, which said 50 foot right
of way runs thence ina general northwesterly direction to
Main Bayview Road.
Said deed is being filed to clarify the description of
said right of way as existing, and as shown on Suffolk County
Tax Map, and survey of Roderick Van Tuyl P.C. dated August 17, 1987.
Grantor herein being the same party named as one of the
grantees in 'Deed dated August 8, 1969 and recorded in Liber 6605
on page 104 of Deeds in the office of the Clerk in the County
of Suffolk on August 14, 1969.
