in the Suffolk County 01erk's Office Day 10th, 1940 as man
number 1310, together with title to the center line of the
road in front of said lot number ten (10), and title to the
private boat landing in front of said lot number ten (10),
as shown on said map, and together with an undivided one-
twentieth (1/20th) interest of, in and to so much of lots
twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28) on "leap of property
of Lida Bartley, Mattituck, L. I. ", which map.was filed in
the Suffolk Oounty Olerk's Office July 27th, 1922 under num-
bar 770, as are inolulfed is the extension of Old Salt Road.
