IT APPEARS THAT THE BRICK PATIO WILL BE CLOSER TO THE WETLAND THAN 75
FT. ACCESSORY STRUCTURES MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 75 FT FROM THE WETLAND
EDGE. AS IT APPEARS THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO LOCATE THE PATIO AT A MIN-
IMUM OF 75 FT, THE DEPARTMENT WILL OBJECT TO THE PATIO LOCATION AND
REQUIRE THE PATIO TO BE REDESIGNED. THE PROJECT HAS BEEN REFERRED FOR
FIELD INSPECTION YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOTED AS
A RESULT OF THE FIELD INSPECTION. SUBMISSION OF SEVERAL PHOTOGRAPHS OF
THE WETLAND EDGE (WITH KEY TO THE PROJECT PLANSi MAY REDUCE THE NEED
FOR AN INSPECTION AND REDUCE PROCESSING TIME. PHOTOS SHOULD SHOW WHAT
VEGETATION IS GROWING AT THE WETLAND EDGE AND ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT IN
DETERMINING THE ACCURACY OF THE WETLAND LINE AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
NO FURTHER ACTION CAN BE TAKEN UNTIL ALL OF THESE MATERIALS ARE RECEIVED
