Any follow up activity in the gulley, including but not limited to removal of fallen trees, debris and litter will require a permit and subsequent field inspection by the Board of Trustees. My name is Bob Stange I am a unit owner(#4)and serve as Business Manager for the HOA. We have engaged the services of Mark Schill,Lakeside Landscaping to perform some tree w rk at our facility to clean-up dead trees and remove several that would cause significant property dam ge if they were to fall. The purpose of this message is to secure permission to do this tree clean-up work along a border of our property.We believe some portion of the area we are inquiring about is designated"Wetlands".The area of interest is along our property eastern most boundary running from the road to about 250 f�et south along the depth of our property toward the Ashamomuck pond.This area is adjacent to The outhold Beach Motel and Tom Brennan residential property which you recently provided oversight for a l51 floor addition to the house. The trees we intend to remove have been flagged with an orange ribbon and pictures have been taken of each tree.I believe the trees we want to remove(approximately 8)are Locust and as I understand not indigenous to the area. Permission is extended to you to visit our facility to make an inspection of the trees as labeled. We are seeking your agreement so that we can move forward and execute our tree removal pian.Once we have accomplished this task we will follow-up and remove the large assortment of debris tha;has collected in the gulley.Most of this material(litter)has migrated from the road and blown from the beach parking lot across the street over time.
