RELIEF REQUESTED: Part of a corner of the proposed addition of protrudes five feet into the restricted side yard area. The corner point will be 10 feet from the northerly side property line at its closest point. The remaining major portion of the addition will meet the side yard setback requirement of 15 feet. Due to the angle of the existing single-family house which was built moro than 30 years ago, 2. due to the substandard size of the land which is 100 feet deep by 140 ft. wide. 3. I have a site plan dated 8/9/94 by Roderick VanTuyl, P.C., indicating a proposed addition attached to the basically rear of this one story existing house in Cutchogue which is on the corner lot and I have a copy of the Suffolk County Tax Map indicating this and surrounding properties in the area. Would you like to be heard? Is there anything you'd like to say for the hearing?
