and sixty-four (264) feet; Northerly by land of Joseph Gillies five rods
(5) or eighty-two and one-half (82,5) feet; and Easterly by the land
of George Youngs sixteen (16) rode or two hundred and sixty-four (264)
feet; the above described plot of land containing one-half (1--2) acre,
be the same more or less.
