GEORGE L.PENNY,INC.vs.MATTITUCK DEVELOPMENT CORP.,ET AL.,in the Supreme
Court of the County of Suffolk,filed under Index Number 02586/2012,to foreclose the following:a
mortgage dated October 1,2009 and recorded on December 22,2009 in Liber M00021898,Page
582;and a mortgage dated June 11,2010 and recorded July 13,2010 in Liber M00021965,Page 542;
which said mortgages were consolidated by a Consolidation,Modification and Extension Agreement
dated June 11, 2010 and recorded July 13, 2010 in Liber M00021965, Page 543 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office.
In pursuance of a JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND SALE in said action,dated the
26`h day of May,2015 and duly entered on the 9'h day of July,2015,and in consideration of the sum

now or formerly of Six Kings, LLC, said point or place of beginning being also distant 508 feet, more or less,
northeasterly as measured along the southeasterly side of Main Road(N.Y.S. Rte. 25)from the corner formed by the
