AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The'word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot No. 14 on a certain map entitled "Map of Highland Estates at
Cutchogue"and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 28, 1977 as Map No. 6537, said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Crown Land Lane at the division line between Lots 14 and 15 on said
map;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning being along the westerly side of crown Land Lane the
following two(2)courses and distances:
1) Southerly along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 215.00 feet a distance of 60.00 feet;
2) South 05 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East,99.72 feet to the northerly boundary side of"Park";
