situate,lying and being at Bay View at Southold, in the Town of Southold,County of Suffolk,State
of New York,bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Paradise Point.Road distant 320.97 feet
northeasterly from the corner formed by the Intersection of the southeasterly side of Paradise Point
Road with the northeasterly side of Cedar Beach Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Paradise Point Road North 24 degrees 53
minutes 20 seconds East 184 feet;
THENCE South 65 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East 680.53 feet;
THENCE South 07 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West 74.22 feet;
THENCE South 01 degrees 48 minutes 55 seconds West 85.96 feet;
