and described as follows: Beginning at a concrete monument at the nort -
easterly comer of the premises herein described adjoining land of
August Rolfes on the north and Bethany Cemetery on the east, running

Daniel Young to a stake and land of Hallock; running thence S. 720 451
10' W. 58.64 feet to a stake and land of Newalis; running theme in a
northerly direction along land of Newalis 50 feet and continuing in a
straight line along land of the party of the first part 70 feet, more o
less, to said land of Rolfes; running thence N. 710 531 20e E. along Is d
of Rolfes about 71 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginai g.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way ten feet in width along the southerly
aide of land of the party of the first part for egress and ingress be-
tween said premises and Pacific Street the southerly line of said right
of-way being described as follows; Beginning at a point on the easterl
side of Pacific Street at the southwest corner of land of the party of
the first part adjoining land of Newalis, said point being 67.27 feet

from a concrete monument marking the boundary between the party of the
first pert and August Rolfes; running thence in an easterly direction '
along the line marking the boundary between the party of the first part

BEING AND I17TENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed
to the party of the first part by deed from Southold Savings Bank dated
October 9, 1945 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on Octobe '
10, 1945 in Liber 2493, Page 37.
