244 feet by land of eallook E. Tuthill, on the East about 187 feet by
Alvahe Lane, on the South about 244.40 feet by Middle Road, and on
the West about 187 feet by other land of Steve Jacobs.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to Middle Road and Alvahs Lane, adjoining
said premises to the center lines thereof. .,
Being and Intended to be the Easterly one-half of the premises
conveyed to Steve Jacobs by Mallock E. Tuthill by deed dated November
3, 1945, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk November 5, 1945 in Liber 2501 of Deeds at page 542.
